Starting therapy is a big step, and I’m here to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to meet you exactly where you’re at. We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand what you’re going through and explore how therapy can help.
I use a variety of techniques to best support your unique needs, including EMDR, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with other modalities when needed. Together, we’ll set personalized goals and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Throughout our work, I’ll provide ongoing support, celebrating your progress and helping you navigate challenges in a judgment-free space. Your privacy and trust are incredibly important to me, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you make meaningful changes and build the life you deserve.

Outside of Work…
I enjoy spending time riding my horses, hiking, and spending time with my husband and our dogs in our beautiful Montana home.
